As early as two thousand years ago, the theory of Yin and Yang was applied to the field of medicine, becoming a fundamental part of Chinese medical theory. Through this course, you will learn how Yin and Yang are used to explain the structure and function of the human body, as well as the occurrence and progression of diseases. We will explore the application of Yin and Yang in aspects such as the body’s surface and interior, the six bowels and five organs, and functional activities versus structural components.
